Solicitor Marilyn Luchetti acts for first home-owners and other people looking to transfer property including property developers. Our main practice areas are property/conveyancing and wills and estates.

We have been in North Sydney since 1953, when the firm was founded by Marilyn Luchetti’s father, W.H. Luchetti. It was Bill's brother Tony who taught people how to say "Lu-Ketti" when he took over from Ben Chifley representing Bathust and Lithgow in Federal Parliament.
