Three stages of learning

Beginners need teachers; intermediate learners need reference texts and advanced learners need peer support.

Teachers

In the absence of class room training on XDK, interactive tutorials are provided with the product.

It is strongly recommended that you find the time to do all the tutorials in sequence. Note while you are doing this, how you respond to this form of instruction.

Reference Texts

Naturally there are a number of these see Sources of information for all the online information available.

Peer Support

This is where the xdk list comes in. When you have extended your knowledge beyond the basics of the tutorial and for some reason there is no reference to the topic in the reference texts, then it is time to talk to others who also use the product.

Quite often you will find someone who had exactly that thing come up last week.
